Two r/modernwarfare4 threads are cited on camo not tracking. Reddit answers browsers but blocks scripted checks (HTTP 403 to curl), so those threads are linked there and are not listed as verified rows here.
src/data.json. The file records its own source URL and a checked date (2026-10-26) next to the camo ladder, the Gold counts, the 11 mastery camos and the two weapons whose Special challenges Activision published.src/weapons.json: class, max level, player unlock level, fire rate, magazine, Apex attachment, attachment slots and per-weapon patch entries, plus the community-reported commMil and commSpecial rows.build.mjs merges the two. Where src/data.json has a per-weapon row it sets official:true and the publisher data wins; otherwise the community row is used. This is the only place the two sources meet.camos(class, weapon) function in build.mjs expands each weapon into exactly 14 rows — 8 Military, 3 Special, Gold, Platinum, Harmonic Break — and writes the provenance label (official, unverified or not published officially) into each row./data/mw4-camo-challenges.csv, dist/pages.json and dist/worker.js. Nothing under dist/ is edited by hand.src/hud.js holds the calculator arithmetic — levels left, units left, percent. It is inlined into HUD vs tracker and unit-tested in test/data.test.mjs against fixed inputs.src/client.js stores ticks in localStorage only: no account, no server call. Per the official Call of Duty blog: 8 Military camos (weapon level), 3 Special camos, Gold, Platinum, Harmonic Break, then the Divergence mastery camo.
Get 15 kills in a single Multiplayer match, or 100 kills in a single DMZ match, with that weapon.
Earn Gold on every weapon in the class, then finish the class challenge. Assault Rifles: 50 headshots in Multiplayer or 100 in DMZ.
Harmonic Break needs Platinum on all 33 weapons plus a class challenge (Assault Rifles: 25 double kills in MP or 50 in DMZ). Divergence needs Harmonic Break on all 33 weapons.
Activision has published full Special camo challenges only for the Han 86 and Sang 9mm. For the other 31 weapons we show community-reported challenges from a pre-launch sheet, clearly flagged, because the launch patch says some in-game requirements were corrected.
